Qualifications
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering.
Exposure to major civils or structural projects is desirable.
A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach is essential.
Full UK driving licence is required.
Responsibilities
Support commercial activities from pre-construction through to completion.
Measurement and valuation of works.
Preparation of applications for payment.
Assessment of subcontractor accounts.
Managing variations and supporting change control processes.
