Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Assistant Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering.
• Exposure to major civils or structural projects is desirable.
• A proactive, organised and detail-focused approach is essential.
• Full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial activities from pre-construction through to completion.
• Measurement and valuation of works.
• Preparation of applications for payment.
• Assessment of subcontractor accounts.
• Managing variations and supporting change control processes.
