Job summary

Amentum is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide cost management across a portfolio of Humber-based projects. You will support contract administration, risk management and commercial governance, working with Clients, Contractors and Suppliers to maintain value and certainty.

The role requires experience in NEC contracts or similar, strong MS Office skills, and excellent stakeholder engagement. Hybrid and flexible working patterns are discussed to fit project needs.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent experience in commercial/contract management.
• Experience in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Contract Management.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially MS Excel.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Support cost estimation, budgeting, and forecasting across projects.
• Administer contracts (NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts) including change control and final accounts.
• Assist procurement and tendering with cost data and commercial input.
• Monitor project financial performance and identify risks and opportunities.
• Engage with teams, suppliers and stakeholders for commercial alignment.
• Contribute to continuous improvement in cost and contract management.
