Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related construction discipline.
• Ideally MRICS or actively working towards chartership.
• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Prepare cost plans, budgets, tender documents, and procurement strategies.
• Administer contracts and manage change control procedures.
