Job summary

The role requires overseeing multiple contracts and ensuring compliance while supporting P&L management. A strong background in NEC3/4 contracts and advanced Excel skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of NEC3/4 contracts and their practical application.
• Civil engineering and construction experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple contracts under NEC3/4, JCT, and bespoke agreements.
• Measurement and valuation of works for applications, variations, and final accounts.
• Prepare cash flow forecasts and manage CVRs.
