Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support across projects at Dalton Avenue in Warrington, UK. The role emphasises managing contractual obligations, driving commercial performance, and ensuring governance and compliance within NEC-driven projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Ability to manage stakeholder and customer relationships.
• Experience supporting commercial activities across engineering, construction, infrastructure or manufacturing projects.
• Understanding of contract administration, change management and governance processes.
• Experience working collaboratively within project delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support across project activities including change management, compensation events, contractual notices and governance reviews.
• Support the project team with all commercial aspects of project delivery.
• Develop strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Manage subcontract commercial activities during project execution and mitigate exposure to subcontractor claims.
• Ensure contractual procedures, compliance requirements and commercial notices are issued accurately and on time.
