Cavendish Nuclear is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to provide commercial support across complex projects based at Dalton Avenue, Warrington with hybrid working options. You will manage NEC3/NEC4 contracts, drive governance, and collaborate with Project Managers, customers and suppliers to maximize value while ensuring compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience working with NEC3 or NEC4 contracts.
• Experience developing and maintaining positive stakeholder and customer relationships.
• Experience supporting commercial activities across engineering, construction, infrastructure or manufacturing projects.
• Understanding of contract administration, change management and commercial governance processes.
• Experience working collaboratively within project delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Providing commercial support across project activities including change management, compensation events, contractual notices and governance reviews.
• Supporting the project team with all commercial aspects of project delivery.
• Developing strong relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
• Managing subcontract commercial activities during project execution and mitigating exposure to subcontractor claims.
• Ensuring contractual procedures, compliance requirements and commercial notices are issued accurately and on time.
