Job summary

Cavendish Nuclear, part of Babcock International Group, is hiring a Quantity Surveyor in Warrington with hybrid work options. You will support commercial activities across projects, manage changes, and ensure contractual compliance while building strong relationships with customers and subcontractors.

The role requires a Quantity Surveying degree or demonstrable equivalent, NEC3/NEC4 experience, and the ability to obtain BPSS clearance. A competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent, or demonstrable Quantity Surveying experience.
• Experience with NEC3/NEC4 contracts.
• Strong stakeholder and customer relationship skills.
• Experience in commercial activities across engineering, construction, infrastructure or manufacturing projects.

Responsibilities

• Provide commercial support across project activities.
• Manage change management and compensation events.
• Maintain governance reviews and contractual notices.
• Develop relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee subcontract commercial activities and mitigate claims exposure.
