Job summary

Catering is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical Contractor) to lead commercial management on multi-site projects, from procurement through final account. The role covers small to mid-size schemes up to about £3m across education, healthcare, leisure, and commercial sectors.

You will manage subcontractors and procurement, ensuring commercial success and strong coordination with project teams. Salary around £50k–£52.5k with a competitive package and permanent, on-site work in Dewsbury.

Projects are typically small to medium sized, up to around £3m, across sectors including:

• Schools and education
• Healthcare and hospitals
• Leisure
• Commercial fit out
• EV infrastructure
• Solar and renewable energy

About You

Were looking for a Quantity Surveyor with experience within electrical contracting, M&E or a similar construction environment, who is comfortable managing projects and working closely with subcontractors, suppliers and the wider project team.

Youll ideally have:

• Experience managing projects commercially
• Strong subcontractor and procurement experience
• Good understanding of electrical / M&E projects
• Experience working on projects up to around £3m
• A proactive approach and strong commercial awareness
