Job summary

Catering is seeking a Quantity Surveyor (Electrical Contractor) to lead commercial management on multi-site projects, from procurement through final account. The role covers small to mid-size schemes up to about £3m across education, healthcare, leisure, and commercial sectors.

You will manage subcontractors and procurement, ensuring commercial success and strong coordination with project teams. Salary around £50k–£52.5k with a competitive package and permanent, on-site work in Dewsbury.

Qualifications

• Experience managing projects commercially.
• Strong subcontractor and procurement experience.
• Good understanding of electrical / M&E projects.
• Experience working on projects up to around £3m.
• Proactive approach and strong commercial awareness.

• Youll be responsible for the commercial management of projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with the project and delivery teams.
