Job summary

MTRP Ltd in Yorkshire is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the commercial team on projects across the region.

You will take commercial responsibility from procurement through final account, working closely with operations to ensure schemes are delivered on time and within budget. The role offers long-term stability with a permanent contract and potential for progression within a growing regional contractor.

Qualifications

• Prior Quantity Surveyor experience within a main contractor environment.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Experience managing subcontract packages and project costs.
• Confident communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage projects with a good level of autonomy.

We're currently working with an established regional contractor to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team working across projects throughout Yorkshire.

The role will involve taking commercial responsibility for projects from procurement through to final account, working closely with the operational team to ensure schemes are delivered successfully.
