Job summary

Robert Hurst Group Ltd seeks a Commercial Quantity Surveyor to protect and enhance the commercial performance of allocated projects from pre-construction through to final account.

The role ensures robust commercial management, contractual compliance, accurate forecasting and effective change control to protect project margin and cashflow throughout the lifecycle. You will work closely with Operations, Estimating, Procurement and Finance teams to maximise opportunities and control risk.

• Final Accounting & Project Closeout with accurate reporting and learnings.
• Stakeholder Management & Collaboration with Operations, Estimating, Procurement and Finance teams.

The Commercial Quantity Surveyor is responsible for protecting and enhancing the commercial performance of allocated projects from pre-construction through to final account.

The role is accountable for ensuring robust commercial management, contractual compliance, accurate forecasting, effective change control and the protection of project margin and cashflow throughout the project lifecycle.

Working closely with Operations, Estimating, Procurement and Finance teams, the Commercial Quantity Surveyor plays a key role in ensuring projects are commercially controlled, risks are effectively managed and contractual opportunities are maximised.
