Job summary

Giant Recruitment Group Ltd in Fareham is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team. You will manage contracts and work with Project Managers to strengthen commercial performance.

This hybrid role offers a £70,000+ salary and a £6,000 car allowance, with 23 days holiday and the opportunity to develop the commercial function within the business.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience in contract administration and commercial management.
• Strong understanding of project costs, revenue protection and commercial efficiency.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Project Managers and colleagues of varying experience levels.
• Dynamic and commercially driven approach to develop the commercial side of the business.

Quantity Surveyor – Fareham / Hybrid

Location: Fareham, Hampshire / Hybrid

Salary: £70,000+ DOE

Car Allowance: £6,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a growing commercial team working across a range of projects.

This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded QS who wants more than simply administering contracts. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and strengthen the commercial function of the business, working closely with Project Managers and supporting the development of the wider team.
