Job summary

Galliford Try's Digital Infrastructure division is advertising two Quantity Surveyor roles, one in Leicester and one in Glasgow, reporting to a Senior Quantity Surveyor. You will support commercial and pre-construction work across regional infrastructure projects, from award through mobilisation and handover, handling budgets, cost plans, tender submissions and procurement monitoring.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction, telecommunications or similar sector.
• Knowledge of NEC3 and NEC4 contracts.
• DV security clearance is essential.
• Defence or MoD experience is desirable.
• Flexible working is available but role is predominantly office-based.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and cost plans for regional infrastructure projects.
• Prepare tender submissions and monitor procurement.
• Maintain forecasts, trackers and financial records; prepare enquiries and analyse quotations.
• Conduct contract reviews to identify risks, gaps and obligations; ensure supplier agreements reflect the main contract.
• Support cost, value and margin reporting and prepare commercial recommendations.
