Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor in construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC contracts, especially NEC3 and NEC4 Option C.

Responsibilities

• Act as a key commercial contact for subcontractors and stakeholders.
• Monitor and manage project costs to stay within budgets.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly cost reports and valuations.
