Galliford Try, operating in the Digital Infrastructure unit, is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support commercial delivery on regional infrastructure projects in Leicestershire. You will work with the Commercial Manager and team from award through mobilisation and handover, ensuring robust cost control and procurement processes.
The role requires NEC3/NEC4 contract knowledge, strong cost planning and data handling skills, and the ability to obtain DV security clearance.

Role Purpose:
Support the commercial and pre-construction delivery of regional infrastructure projects within a major programme. Working with the Commercial Manager and team, you'll contribute from award through to contract signing, mobilisation and handover. Reporting to the Senior Quantity Surveyor, you’ll assist with commercial control, procurement, cost planning, data analysis and risk management, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
You’ll help maintain accurate records, support supplier engagement and quotation analysis, and contribute to building robust cost and commercial information for successful project delivery.
Working Arrangements
Galliford Try offers flexible working. Due to the secure nature of this role, it is predominantly office-based.
