Job summary

Babcock invites applications for a Quantity Surveyor to join our Rosyth team in delivering major defence infrastructure projects. You will lead commercial aspects, manage budgets and provide risk guidance across the project lifecycle.

Based at Rosyth with hybrid working available, you will work within the Marine Engineering & Systems business to ensure safe, efficient project delivery and NEC4 contract administration across £5m–£100m programmes.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Membership of RICS or working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial and financial performance across project lifecycle.
• Administer NEC4 contracts including compensation events and change control.
• Prepare and maintain budgets, forecasts and cost reports.
