Job Description:

The Role

My client, an established firm of PQS with offices abroad and in London, seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join their City of London office.

You will have the opportunity to work on UK and overseas projects, including HNW private residential, hotels, and other large projects.

They are looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with around 3-5 years of QS experience, ideally gained with another PQS.

You may be working towards the APC or be recently chartered with RICS.

My client offers good CPD and support for APC if needed.

The Company

My client is a PQS firm with a strong client base mainly in the private sector, operating in the UK, Caribbean, and Middle East.

The Candidate

Ideally, you are currently working as a Quantity Surveyor for a PQS firm with at least 3 years of experience in pre and post-contract duties.

You hold a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, preferably RICS accredited.

You are either working towards MRICS or recently chartered.

You can work independently and as part of a friendly team with a stable work record.

Excellent written and spoken English and good IT skills are required.

Salary ranges from £35,000 to £55,000, plus RICS fees, pension, discretionary bonus, etc.
