THE ROLE

My client, an established firm of PQS with offices abroad and in London, seeks a Quantity Surveyor to join their City of London office.

You will have the opportunity to work on both UK and overseas projects, including HNW private residential, hotels, and other large projects.

They are looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor with around 3-5 years of QS experience, ideally gained with another PQS.

You may be working towards the APC or be recently chartered with RICS.

My client offers good CPD support and assistance to take the APC if you are not already chartered.

The Company

My client is a PQS firm with a diverse client base mainly in the private sector, operating in the UK, the Caribbean, and the Middle East.

The Candidate

• Ideally currently working as a Quantity Surveyor for a PQS firm.
• At least 3+ years of PQS experience, covering pre and post-contract duties.
• Possess a BSc or MSc in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited.
• Working towards or recently chartered with RICS.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Stable employment history.
• Excellent written and spoken English, good IT skills.

Salary ranges from £35,000 to £55,000, plus RICS fees, pension, discretionary bonus, etc.
