Job summary

Amentum seeks a Quantity Surveyor to provide cost management and contract administration across projects delivered from the Humber office. You will support Commercial and Project Management teams in delivering effective contract management and maintain relationships with Clients, Contractors, Suppliers or Service Providers.

You will manage contract risk, attend risk reviews, and handle change control and payment processes using NEC-based contracts and related tools.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent commercial/contract experience.
• Experience in quantity surveying or commercial contract management.
• Familiarity with construction contracts; NEC exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strong emphasis on change management.
• Support cost estimation, budgeting and forecasting.
• Administer contracts (NEC3/4 and bespoke contracts).
• Support procurement and tendering with accurate cost data.
• Monitor and report project financial performance and risks.
• Engage with teams, suppliers and stakeholders for alignment.
