I am currently working on a fantastic opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor with one of my key clients – a well-established Tier 1 contractor renowned for their consistent profitability and strong reputation in the industry.

The company operates across a wide range of sectors including Education, Healthcare, Leisure, and Defence. They typically deliver high-quality projects valued between £5m–£30m. Currently, they have a robust pipeline of work in the region, including an exciting £20m Education project in Northampton.

This role offers flexibility depending on your experience – you could be supporting a Senior Quantity Surveyor or stepping up to lead commercially on the project.
