Responsibilities

• Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained
• Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts
• Support procurement activities, including tender analysis and subcontractor appointments
• Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities
• Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Handle typical project sizes ranging between £700k - £3m
