Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team in Dunfermline. You will take commercial ownership of contracts from mobilisation through final account, working across New Build, Social Housing and Commercial projects.

You will manage valuations, variations, cost forecasting and commercial reporting, negotiate with subcontractors and liaise with clients and the Head of Commercial, with regular site visits across Scotland and

• Experience managing commercial contracts within construction.
• Strong experience with valuations, variations and commercial reporting.
• Confident client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
