Job summary

A Senior Quantity Surveyor is required to join the commercial team of a well-established and rapidly growing privately owned construction contractor based in Dundee. Reporting into senior commercial leadership, you will take commercial ownership of a diverse range of construction projects across Tayside, Angus and Fife.

The successful candidate will manage the full commercial management of projects from pre-contract through to final account, including cost control, procurement, subcontractor

Qualifications

Strong Quantity Surveying background in construction
Experience across building, refurbishment or residential projects
Commercially astute with ability to work independently

Responsibilities

Full commercial management from pre-contract to final account
Manage cost control, procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, variations, forecasting, CVRs
Work with operational teams, clients and stakeholders to drive project performance and maximise outcomes
Progress into senior leadership opportunities as the team grows
