Job summary

Bimplus is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in the North East of Scotland. You will manage commercial aspects across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire, from project award through final account, ensuring profitability and successful delivery on diverse infrastructure and civil projects.

Key duties include preparing CVRs, handling payment applications, managing subcontractor accounts, and identifying risks and opportunities to drive value.

Qualifications

• Experience as Quantity Surveyor in construction, civil engineering or utilities.
• Strong commercial and contractual awareness.
• Experience managing subcontractors and project costs.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Full UK driving licence.

An established and growing civil engineering and infrastructure contractor is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its commercial team in the North East of Scotland.

Working across a range of infrastructure, utilities and civil engineering projects, you will play a key role in ensuring commercial success from project award through to final account. This position offers excellent exposure to varied projects, a supportive management team and opportunities for further career development.

The Role

• Commercial management of multiple projects across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire

• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
