Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Quantity Surveyor for their Dunfermline head office. You will take commercial ownership of contracts from mobilisation through to final account across New Build, Social Housing and Commercial projects in Scotland and Northern England.

The role offers strong earning potential (£55k–£65k), car allowance, private healthcare, training and clear progression within a well-established construction business.

Qualifications

• Experience managing commercial contracts within construction.
• Strong experience with valuations, variations and commercial reporting.
• Confident client facing communication and negotiation skills.

• Commercial ownership of contracts from mobilisation through to final account.
