Job summary

Leo Force in Edinburgh is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to manage the commercial performance of multiple residential developments. You will control costs, oversee subcontractors, and drive accurate budgets and reporting across the project lifecycle.

The role requires strong numerical and analytical abilities, excellent organisation, and a proactive approach to delivering high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
