Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established construction Commercial team in Dunfermline. You will support valuations, variations and cost reporting across New Build, Social Housing and Commercial projects, with hands-on mentoring and structured training to build experience.

• Supporting Quantity Surveyors across New Build, Social Housing and Commercial projects

• Supporting contract administration and wider commercial activities
