Job summary

MTR Partnership in Wakefield is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their civil engineering team. You will manage the commercial delivery from procurement through to final account on infrastructure projects across Yorkshire.

The role focuses on valuations, cost reports, subcontract procurement and cost control, with NEC contracts knowledge advantageous and strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial processes.
• Experience managing valuations, variations, subcontract accounts and final accounts.
• Strong commercial awareness and communication skills.

We're currently working with a growing civil engineering contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team based in Wakefield.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a business delivering a range of infrastructure, highways, utilities and groundworks projects across Yorkshire and the surrounding regions.

The role will see you working closely with operational teams, clients and supply chain partners, managing the commercial performance of projects from procurement through to final account.

What You'll Be Doing
