Quantity Surveyor - Civil Engineering
Location: Cambridgeshire (projects across Herts, Beds, Bucks, Northants & Cambs)
Salary: £50,000 + package

ARC is working in partnership with a highly respected civil engineering contractor to recruit a Quantity Surveyor for their expanding team.

The company has a proven track record across residential, commercial and industrial sectors, delivering high-quality civil engineering solutions with a commitment to safety, sustainability, and long-term impact. As they continue to grow, they're looking for a QS who shares their passion for excellence and innovation.

Ideal for a current QS or an experienced Assistant QS ready to step up, this role offers exposure to a broad mix of projects and the chance to make a real impact within the business.

Requirements:

1. Experience in a Quantity Surveying role within the construction industry
2. Civil engineering experience preferred
3. Excellent commercial awareness and communication skills
4. Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress
5. Relevant construction-related qualifications, such as:
1. BSc or HND/HNC in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
2. A degree or diploma in Construction Management (with QS focus)
3. RICS/CIOB accreditation or working towards it
