A booming multi-disciplinary contractor is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team. They excel in the delivery of civil engineering projects on a large scale.

You will be helping to deliver a multi-million pound highways scheme. They have just had a record year, making this an exciting time to join them as they continue expanding.

The Role: Quantity Surveyor

Site based, you will be joining a team working on a multimillion pound highways scheme. This scheme is set to run for 1 year – the main part is bulk earthworks for a greenfield / brand new road.

Great scheme to be involved in: £6.5m, Option A, NEC 4. Starts on site in January 2025 and completes in June 2026. There is lots of upfront work to do on this scheme, so the company can take someone now.

The Right Person

• Qualified to HNC level or above in a construction related discipline, or working towards a qualification.
• Ideally looking for Assistant to QS level, who is confident in leading the scheme with guidance from the SQS on site who will be looking after the main site.
• If you don’t live within a comfortably commutable distance to Guildford, you will be willing to lodge away 3 nights per week in Guildford.
