Location: Banbury

Salary: £60k - £85k + package

Through many years of successfully completing groundworks, civil engineering, and roads & sewers packages up to £20m for the largest housing developers in the UK, this well-established Groundworks / Civil Engineering Contractor is rapidly expanding in your region in 2023 and is actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage up to 6 schemes at any given time.

Responsibilities:

As a Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be overseeing commercial aspects of high volume groundworks projects. You will be required to carry out pre-site surveys to validate allocated works by the client and prepare and submit CVRs.

Required experience and qualifications:

1. Experience managing groundworks packages of up to £10m in value.
2. Experience managing junior quantity surveyors.
3. Groundworks & Civil Engineering experience.
4. Past experience as a Surveyor within Groundworks would be ideal.
