About The Role

At EKFB, we're shaping infrastructure for a better tomorrow. Our four partners (Eiffage, Kier, Ferrovial, and BAM) bring expertise in the design, construction, operation, financing, and maintenance of railway networks, including Europe's latest high-speed rail project.

We are recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor for our Greatworth to Southam Area. The role involves independent task execution, leading small teams, preparing and agreeing variation accounts, monitoring costs, and managing contractual and legal obligations. You will also handle valuations, final accounts, and provide contractual advice.

About The Candidate

• Quantity Surveying degree or similar qualification
• Membership or pursuit of membership in a relevant professional body (CICES, RICS, etc.)
• Experience at Quantity Surveyor level with a focus on positive commercial outcomes
• Good listening, learning, and mentoring skills
• Driving license and access to a vehicle
• Valid CSCS card
