The Role – What We Are Looking For:

Following recent appointments with Network Rail, EDF, and the Environment Agency, and supporting major projects in the Middle East from our UK offices, we seek ambitious Associate level Quantity Surveyors with UK infrastructure experience to join us. Candidates should have:

• Experience leading pre-contract and post-contract commercial services on UK infrastructure, utilities, or complex construction projects exceeding £100m.
• Knowledge of administering or auditing NEC4, NR, or FIDIC contracts.
• Experience leading a project delivery team within a client organization or consultancy.
• Advisory experience in structuring evaluations and recommendations.
