The hiring company is a Quantity Surveying, Planning and Construction Disputes consultancy based in Macclesfield, Cheshire.
They are looking for a Chartered (MRICS) Quantity Surveyor with a passion for the claims and disputes side of the commercial role.
In return they can provide the successful candidate with a unique and exciting role with frequent and increasing exposure to construction claims and disputes.
The role would be the perfect first-step into a Quantum claims role for a recently chartered (or potentially nearly chartered) Quantity Surveyor. You would split your time between carrying out pre and post contract Quantity Surveying responsibilities, whilst gradually building up your claims and disputes experience on contentious projects.
One of the real selling points to this role is the variety of interesting and complex projects that you will get exposure to.
