Job summary

Northern Construction Consultancy invites a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join their Warrington team on a hybrid basis. You will deliver budgets, costs and forecasts across healthcare, education and commercial sectors, working closely with clients to produce accurate reports.

The role requires a Quantity Surveying degree (or equivalent) and prior PQS experience; APC progression is desirable. Attractive salary (£40k-£50k), 25 days holiday, salary reviews and career growth opportunities are

Qualifications

Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
Prior PQS experience.
APC progression or completed is desirable.
Experience in commercial sector is advantageous.

Responsibilities
