Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Sheffield is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its international consultancy, delivering hotel and residential schemes across Yorkshire and the North of England. You will work within a PQS/consultancy team, handling pre and post-contract activities, managing cost, and maintaining strong client communication while pursuing MRICS status.

Qualifications

• Hold a Quantity Surveyor degree or similar.
• Working towards chartership.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-contract feasibilities and cost planning.
• Manage post-contract activities and final accounts.
• Deliver hotel and residential projects with the team.
• Maintain strong client communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Job description

An international Quantity Surveying consultancy with an impressive portfolio of hotel and residential projects is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join its dynamic team based in Sheffield.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will become part of a large, innovative Quantity Surveying team, delivering a diverse range of high-profile hotel and residential schemes across Yorkshire and the North of England.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will have the opportunity to work with established private-sector clients from pre contract/ feasibilities through to final accounts.
