Foster & May in Manchester is seeking an Associate Quantity Surveyor to join a growing team. You will deliver high-profile projects across healthcare, education and commercial sectors, taking responsibility for budgets, costs and forecasts while mentoring junior staff and working closely with clients to provide precise financial reporting and cost advice.

Candidates should hold a Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent, have UK PQS experience, and strong pre/post-contract knowledge.

• MRICS preferred or working toward chartered status.

An expanding, Northern Quantity Surveying Consultancy are looking to hire a motivated Associate Quantity Surveyor to expand their Quantity Surveying team in Manchester.

The Associate Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will play a key role in delivering high-profile projects across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, taking responsibility for projects while supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team.

The successful Associate Quantity Surveyor will take a leading role in managing project budgets, costs, and forecasts, while working closely with clients to provide accurate financial reporting and cost advice.

The Associate Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree or equivalent
• Previous experience within a UK PQS
• Ideally experience within the commercial / Industrial sector
• Strong Pre and Post Contract knowledge
