Job summary

Foster & May Limited in Chorley is seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join its growing team. You will work on high-profile healthcare, education, and commercial projects, taking a key role throughout the project lifecycle and managing budgets, costs and forecasts with clear cost reporting for clients.

The ideal candidate will hold a Quantity Surveying degree or similar, have experience in a PQS and ideally in the commercial sector, with good pre- and post-contract knowledge and working

Qualifications

• Quantity Surveying degree or similar.
• Experience within a PQS.
• Ideally experience within the commercial sector.
• Good Pre and Post Contract knowledge.
• Working towards APC or completed.

Responsibilities

• Oversee project budgets, costs and forecasts across healthcare, education and commercial sectors.
• Provide clients with accurate cost reporting and financial insight throughout each project.
• Play a key role across the project lifecycle from inception to delivery.

The Quantity Surveyors Role

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be involved in a diverse range of high-profile projects across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors, taking on a key role throughout the project lifecycle.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will oversee project budgets, costs, and forecasts, working closely with clients to provide accurate cost reporting and financial insight throughout each project.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• Previous experience within a PQS
• Ideally experience within the commercial sector
• Good Pre and Post Contract knowledge
• Working towards taking APC or completed
