Ganymede Solutions Limited in Bristol is seeking Quantity Surveyors at multiple levels for a major long-term M&E project. You will work across the full commercial lifecycle from design through to practical completion on site.

This role offers exposure to substantial mechanical and electrical packages, competitive salary dependent on experience, and a supportive team environment with training and progression opportunities.

I'm recruiting Quantity Surveyors at multiple levels for a large, long term M&E project in Bristol.

This is a good opportunity for commercially minded QSs who want exposure to substantial mechanical and electrical packages and the chance to work across the full commercial lifecycle of a project.

What you'll be doing

Depending on your level, responsibilities will include:

• Managing project costs
• Preparing and progressing monthly valuations
• Managing variations and change
• Job costing and financial reviews
• Preparing and agreeing final accounts
• Monitoring payments against contract terms
• Reviewing contracts and highlighting commercial risk
• Working closely with clients, contractors, suppliers and site teams

What we're looking for

We're interested in speaking with Quantity Surveyors from M&E, building services, specialist contracting or wider construction backgrounds.

Relevant experience could include:
