21st Century Building Services Ltd. in Bristol is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team.

You will take commercial responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to final accounts, coordinating with site teams and clients across the South West. The role requires strong commercial awareness, contract knowledge and a proactive, collaborative approach.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor.
• Degree in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management preferred.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
• Experience managing projects through the full commercial lifecycle.
• Confident negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach.
• Full UK driving licence.

We’re looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor / Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our growing commercial team.

Based in Bedminster, Bristol, 21st Century Building Services is a family-run main contractor, delivering refurbishment, new build, fit-out and extension projects across a wide variety of sectors throughout the South West.

This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven QS looking for variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real impact within a growing business.

The Role

Working closely with our Commercial Manager, Contracts Managers and site teams, you’ll take commercial responsibility for multiple projects from pre-construction through to final account.

Key responsibilities will include:

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor, ideally within a main contracting environment
• A degree in Quantity Surveying, Commercial Management or a related discipline is preferred, but relevant experience will also be considered
• Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge
• Experience managing projects through the full commercial lifecycle
• Confident negotiation and communication skills
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
• A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach
• Full UK driving licence
