A prominent construction firm in North West London is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. Working out of their office in North West London, as a Quantity Surveyor, you will be involved in a lot of client facing meetings as well as ensuring each project is profitable for the company. You will be reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager who initially joined at a Quantity Surveyor level and has progressed throughout the years, which illustrates their importance on personal and professional development. The projects you will be working on will range from signal upgrades and cable pulling schemes through to station redevelopments.
REQUIREMENTS
In order to be considered for this opportunity, you must be degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management.
You should have experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within a UK based Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor and hold proven experience of working within the rail sector. Your work history should be stable; ideally you should have worked at your previous company for a minimum of 2 years and a full UK driving license in mandatory for this opportunity.
