Job summary

Intro Group is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our established North West team on industrial, warehouse, retail and leisure projects. You will take commercial responsibility for your own projects with support from a Commercial Manager.

The role emphasises autonomy in cost control, accurate valuations, and managing subcontractor accounts while collaborating closely with site and project teams. If you have main-contractor experience, this could be your next step.

• Strong cost monitoring and commercial performance tracking.
• Effective communication with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
• Experience across industrial, warehouse, retail or leisure projects advantageous.

We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join an established main contractor delivering industrial, warehouse, retail and leisure projects across the North West. This is an opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is confident taking commercial responsibility for their own projects, with support and guidance from an experienced Commercial Manager. The Role

• Support the successful commercial delivery of projects., This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor looking for autonomy and responsibility, while still having the support of an experienced Commercial Manager. Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a main contractor.
• Comfortable managing your own projects commercially.
• Strong understanding of subcontractor management, valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Good commercial awareness and attention to detail.
• Confident communicating with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
• Experience across industrial, warehouse, retail, leisure or similar commercial projects would be advantageous.
