Job summary

Intro Group is recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our established North West team on industrial, warehouse, retail and leisure projects. You will take commercial responsibility for your own projects with support from a Commercial Manager.

The role emphasises autonomy in cost control, accurate valuations, and managing subcontractor accounts while collaborating closely with site and project teams. If you have main-contractor experience, this could be your next step.

Qualifications

• Experience managing own projects with commercial accountability.
• Valuations, variations, payments and cost reports handling.
• Subcontractor management and commercial relationships.
• Strong cost monitoring and commercial performance tracking.
• Effective communication with clients, subcontractors and project teams.
• Experience across industrial, warehouse, retail or leisure projects advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Take commercial responsibility for your own projects.
• Manage projects from pre-construction through to final account.
• Prepare and manage valuations, variations, payments and cost reports.
• Manage subcontractor accounts and commercial relationships.
• Monitor project costs and commercial performance.
• Work closely with the Site and Project Management teams.
• Report regularly to the Commercial Manager.
• Support the successful commercial delivery of projects with guidance from an experienced Commercial Manager.
