OnSite is looking for a Quantity Surveyor to support major water projects in Tipton. You will manage on-site commercial activities, coordinate with managers and subcontractors, and ensure contracts are delivered on time and within budget.
The role requires a degree or appropriate HNC/HND with water/civil sector experience, NEC3/NEC4 and JCT knowledge, and a valid driving license. The company offers extensive benefits and development opportunities.

Salary: To £50,000 depending on experience
An exciting new opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join our team running our biggest water projects. You’ll work closely with operational managers and subcontractors across several projects, providing commercial support on site and preparing for client/contractor meetings. You'll ensure all systems are adhered to and will be responsible for the day-to-day administration and management of projects under your control, ensuring the successful delivery of all contracts.
