Ganymede Solutions Ltd. in the UK is recruiting Quantity Surveyors to support a major water sector investment programme. You will be seconded into Severn Trent, joining a client-side commercial team managing a portfolio of capital works across the Midlands.
The role involves providing commercial and contractual support from NEC3/NEC4 contracts through cost control, valuations and change management, with exposure to procurement and final accounts. Derby and Coventry-based, hybrid work pattern.
Location: Derby
Salary: Up to £60,000 + package
Working Pattern: 3 days per week office/site based

The successful candidates will be seconded into Severn Trent, joining an established client-side commercial team responsible for supporting the delivery of a significant portfolio of capital works across the Midlands.

As Quantity Surveyor, you will provide commercial and contractual support across a portfolio of projects, working closely with Project Managers, contractors and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Previous water sector or client-side experience would be beneficial, although candidates with strong transferable infrastructure experience will also be considered.
