Our client is a large Scottish-owned construction and development business with interests across the sector. They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team. The role offers projects across the Central Belt, with flexible work from home options, providing career development, progression, and flexibility.

Your new role

Reporting to a respected commercial manager and director, this role will help you develop towards a Senior Quantity Surveyor position. Initially, you'll work on existing projects to close them commercially, then transition to newer projects starting in Glasgow and Edinburgh, involving procurement and methodology work. These residential projects primarily involve blocks of flats with private and public sector developers.
