Job summary

Logical Personnel Solutions in St Helens is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established contractor. You will be involved across education, commercial refurbishment, M&E, leisure, banking and retail projects, taking ownership of commercial activities from tender through to final account.

The role offers exposure to a varied portfolio and the opportunity to work closely with the senior team, manage budgets, valuations, cost control and change across multiple live projects.

Qualifications

• Experience across tender to final account handling.
• Budgeting, valuations and cost reporting on multiple projects.
• Ability to procure and negotiate with subcontractors.

Quantity Surveyor
St Helens

A great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established contractor in St Helens, working across a varied mix of build, refurbishment and fit out projects.

The business works across education, commercial, M&E, leisure, banking and retail, so you'll get exposure to a broad range of projects rather than being tied to one sector.

This would suit a QS who enjoys being involved in the full commercial side of projects and wants a role where they can have genuine responsibility and visibility within the business.

The Role

• Managing the commercial aspects of projects from tender through to final account
