You will work within a PQS/consultancy team, handling pre and post-contract activities, managing cost, and maintaining strong client communication while pursuing MRICS status.

Qualifications

• Hold a Quantity Surveyor degree or similar.
• Working towards chartership.
• Pre/Post contract knowledge.
• Strong client communication.
• Hotel or residential project experience.
• Worked within a PQS / Consultancy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support pre-contract feasibilities and cost planning.
• Manage post-contract activities and final accounts.
• Deliver hotel and residential projects with the team.
• Maintain strong client communications throughout the project lifecycle.
