Job summary

Foster & May in Oxford is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead on projects from inception to completion across residential, heritage, healthcare and churches. The role involves pre and post contract work with minimal supervision and a focus on delivering value for clients.

The ideal candidate holds a Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accreditation) with MRICS status, at least 4 years' PQS consultancy experience, and a valid driving license.

Qualifications

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or MRICS accreditation required.
• MRICS designation preferred.
• Experience running projects with minimal supervision.
• Pre and post contract experience required.
• Must have a valid car and driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Lead on projects from inception to completion.

• Manage pre- and post-contract activities and cost control.

The Quantity Surveyor's role

The Quantity Surveyor will be leading on projects both pre and post contract from inception to completion.

The successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on a wide range of project across a variety of sectors such as residential, heritage, healthcare and churches.

The Quantity Surveyor

• Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited)

• A minimum of 4 years' experience at a PQS consultancy
