Job summary

PQS Consultancy in Oxford is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to take full ownership of their projects, working across healthcare, residential and commercial sectors. You will lead commercial management with autonomy and partner support.

The role requires a Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accreditation) and MRICS, plus PQS experience of 6 years. Driving license is necessary as travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must have a Quantity Surveying degree (or RICS accredited).
• MRICS qualification is required.
• Experience running projects is essential.
• PQS consultancy experience minimum 6 years.
• Car and driver's license required.
• Pre and post contract experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have full autonomy to run their own projects, supplied by the partners.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor's role

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will have the full autonomy to run their own projects which will be provided to them by the partners.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working in a variety of project sectors including healthcare, residential and commercial.
